Join us for an easy to follow dance fitness class with disco lights and LED tambourines for teens and young adults 10+ with Additional Needs and disabilities.  Siblings 12+ welcome. Parents welcome to attend and participate 

Please note there is no one to one support provided in this session, if your family member needs one to one assistance you are very welcome to bring extra support.   parents and carers are very welcome and encouraged to join in too :-)
